Thank you for providing the 2026 application form for your regular hire requests.

Please understand that while preferences for venues will be considered, availability cannot be guaranteed and is assessed based on the type of use, space suitability, and overall activity range within the City of Mitcham

Please complete and return this form by Friday 31st October 2025.

Booking requests for 2026 will not be processed until completed forms have been received and assessed.

As per our Conditions of Hire 2025, you are able to cancel or adjust your bookings on Space to Co should your circumstances change, with 7 days notice for a full refund.

Fees & charges apply to 30th June 2026, and are subject to yearly council review and adjustment.
