A Master Plan is a long-term plan that provides analysis, vision, and proposals for future use and activation.

There is currently no funding in Council’s budget and Long Term Financial Plan for implementation of the Master Plan. It is likely to be undertaken in stages over a number of years, as Council, State and Federal Funding becomes available.
